After your parents take the NJCAT test, your DDD/Medicaid budget is determined on an A-E ranking system. From there, your DDD Support Coordinator can help you update your Individualized Service Plan (ISP), so that you can partake in the programs of your choice! 

In addition to what you see here, ask your DDD Support Coordinator, depending on where you live, there can be a lot of programs! If not, you may have to seek transportation options elsewhere on this site.
